Carole of Tuckshop Flowers creates a hanging spring flower installation

I love working with wedding couples to create natural, memorable flowers whose perfumes, caught on a breeze years from now, will take you right back to that day when you got married.

I’m also passionate about breaking the mould of funeral flowers to create very personal tributes which are as individual as the people they’re made for.

It was after reaching the finals of BBC Gardeners’ World, Gardener of the Year and loving doing flowers for friends’ weddings, that I finally decided to grow, arrange and sell the natural, scented flowers which I’m obsessed with, but couldn’t find in any high street. My home, a former sweet shop, inspired the name, produces the flowers, and the nectar-rich cutting patch is a haven for Birmingham’s bees and butterflies.

I’m West Midlands Co-ordinator for Flowers from the Farm, and a member of the British Flower Collective.

If you’d like to have a chat about flowers for any occasion, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.  As I work from my home studio, rather than being shop-based, you can visit me by appointment only.
